Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the item price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer.If these charges are not paid, the parcel may be held, returned, or destroyed. The item price and shipping fee will not be refunded, even if the parcel is returned to us.By placing your order, you agree to these conditions.

Shipping

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination address, weight and product dimensions.

Please ensure that all of your shipping information is correct before checking out. If you need to change the shipping address after the package has been sent, please contact the carrier directly. For "Return to Sender" cases, we can resend the package to a new address for an additional fee. Any charges, fees or taxes associated with shipping/delivery are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that once a package has left our warehouse and has been handed over to the carrier, we have limited control over its delivery. For the latest updates regarding delays, missing, or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
